An important component enters Fiam solutions' wide range. This is new light fastening slide, designed to house air nutrunners with diameter up to 36 mm. This slide is extremely light (only 3 kg in weight) and with very compact dimensions that make it suitable to work with manipulators, electric axles, robots or for use in situations where distance to centre is very little. It is a double-acting fastening slide, with motor stroke of 50 mm and head stroke of 50 mm; however, upon request, slides with different approach strokes are available. New Light Fastening slide, running on ball recirculating runners, is equipped with magnetic cylinders , limits switch position sensors and hydraulic decelerators. The slide is also available in version equipped with a device to control the accuracy of depth, with 0,5 mm range max.
