"Going beyond the product" and establishing with the customers a true partnership: a consolidated spirit of service, that finds a confirmation in the training/information activities about needs related to the use of the air screwdrivers. For the last 10 years we have concretely committed to promote the value of training in different areas: through organizing conferences and seminars in cooperation with important trade associations, institutional offices, safety associations and through training for customers, distributors and Fiam staff. During these events, which are an occasion of exchange and growth, different issues are treated in depth: from principles of tightening to measurement of tightening torque, from techniques of application of the torque to the choice of the best solution to optimize production process, from the design of an ergonomic workplace to the correct use of airtools. To support all these activities, Fiam uses different instruments: didactic publications, useful to deepen legislative issues about productive processes, ergonomics and safety; books for theorical and practical updating on assembly techniques; innovative CD-ROM to provide with multimedial instruments in-depth knowledge on complex ergonomic issues regarding workplaces.
