15C: why do they guarantee maximum productivity?

The productivity is guaranteed by innovative project principles, that ensure a considerable increase of the efficiency of the tightening cycle

In this sense it’s fundamental also the higher rotating speed of the new air motor MOTRIX with evident reduction of tightening cycle time

The increase of the productivity of the tightening cycle and the reduction to a minimum level of the need of quality control at the end of the assembly process are obtained thanks to the modern torque control system TRACS 2

The productivity is greater also thanks to quick change chuck, that favors faster, easier and safer bit replacement

This objective is obtained also thanks to the extraordinary ease in handling the screwdriver and particularly to the new design of the grip that reduces the operator’s fatigue

In view of bigger productivity there is also the cycle end acoustic signal emitted by the tightening torque control system, which permits to pass on to the next tightening cycle more rapidly

Of great importance is the pneumatic pick up signal too: the screwdrivers are arranged to be easily interfaced with electronic torque control TOCS (Tightening Operations Control System) and/or on line PLC systems
