Dialogue with their foreign distributors is considered by Fiam fundamental in making a company grow and in increasing its potential in competition. This is why periodical meetings are taking place between Fiam and their dealers active in foreign markets worldwide. These meetings have been occasions for a deep exchange market experiences and for updating and training. On 10th and 11th January 2006 we received a new visit by our distributor in New Zealand: Powerpac. It spent 2 days in Fiam with the objective of making a market-distribution analysis of the local market, of illustrating programs and activities target for 2006 and of obtaining information on latest products launched in the market and on repair and service techniques. Trainings are essential in order to respond adequately and quickly to market demand and achieve positive results. These courses do not just involve illustrating new products, but also offer an opportunity to share experiences, problems and needs and to find the solutions together. The technical training focused on air screwdrivers and components for automation, particularly on the new 15C air screwdrivers. Training comes in enabling to communicate with customers and to understand and meet their needs. During these 2 days Powerpac was supported by Area Manager Federico Roma, Technical Assistant Paolo Garbossa and Sales Assistant Nadia Moscon.
