The new PLC can control all machine parameters with following advantages:

It permits to interface with the selector and screw feeder according the type of product you are assembling; it allows to make several adjustments too: bowl vibration, screw shooting time and bowl vibrating time after screw shooting

This PLC can be expanded by increasing the number of inputs/outputs depending on your technical/production requirements.

The production cycle can be monitored and diagnosed as it can be interfaced with operator panels, via the connector for digital I/O for feeder control (indicator and monitoring devices LEDs, PLC, Traffic lights…)

The new optical fibre sensor assures:
High and uninterrupted productivity
It makes sure no screw gets stuck in the selection duct (the optical fibre detects the screw after a length of time established by the PLC and activates a solenoid valve produces a jet of air that gets rid of any surplus screws)
The new screw shooting unit allow:
A optimal speed of the screw
The screw is shot inside a closed chamber and there is no longer any dissipation of compressed air; the power is concentrated entirely on speeding up the screw’s path. This speed quickens the whole system significantly and process productivity as a result.
The new feeding hoses make the passage of the screw easier and quicker with non chance of getting stuck.
