Fiamzine: a success… thanks in part to you!

So many of you have answered the questionnaire on Fiamzine, thus helping us to keep improving the quality and effectiveness of our information. First important result: Fiamzine was judged to be an instrument in keeping with the Fiam "Business Partnership" idea. A significant result accompanied by equally positive feedback. 70% of you rated articles as being clear and exhaustive, while 98% thought the amount of information they contained was "correct". The answer to the question as to which subject you thought was "most interesting" proved to be in line with Fiam strategy and especially with its commitment to assuring customers unbeatable innovation: the "products" option got the highest score (57%), followed by "ergonomics" (23%), an aspect in which Fiam has invested heavily in terms of product, service and information. The frequency with which you receive news was also rated positively: 80% of you actually said that the time interval chosen for Fiamzine's issue was good. The last of the results we are going to mention here regards the web's more in-depth look at the various issues: most of you (66%) said that you were pleased with the company's decision to create a web space (Fiamwebzine) where news could be covered more exhaustively.
