Introducing the new IH range: powerful, accurate and ergonomic hydraulic pulse wrenches

If your problem is reducing assembly times, the ideal solution lies in a powerful, accurate and ergonomic wrench. This is why Fiam has come up with these new hydraulic pulse air wrenches: the most effective solution to tighten screws, nuts and bolts with the maximum speed. The new range, which we are giving here a preview, comprises 6 pistol models and 3 straight ones. Catering to tightening needs ranging from 8 to 185 Nm, this latest generation of hydraulic pulse wrenches incorporates a series of important technological innovations that meet the dual needs of increased productivity and improved operator comfort.

Hydraulic pulse all the pluses
The hydraulic pulse wrenches, with respect to the traditional mechanical impact wrenches,  provide:
- much lower noise levels together with extremely quiet running
- no reaction on the hand of the operator thanks to reduced vibrations
- high tightening torque levels with torque repeatability guaranteed
- lower maintenance costs

IH range: an ideal solution for a whole host of fields
This latest generation of hydraulic pulse wrenches can be used to great advantage in fields such as the car industry, farm machinery and earth moving  equipment, railway construction, and industries concerned with oil-pressure  equipment.

Innovative from every point of view

Reliability
- The new dual-chamber motor optimizes the weight/power ratio and reliability on soft joints
- Important technological innovations guarantee reduced wear of internal parts for longer tool service life

Productivity
- The selection of products covers a wide torque range to provide a solution to any assembly need
- The motor provides improved performance on soft joints as well as high, accurate tightening torques

Ergonomics
- All models feature a handy reversibility button that makes tightening operations much easier
- Each model has a fitting for  the hanging device to completely eliminate operator fatigue in holding the tool
- Extremely quiet, featuring controlled discharge of exhaust air
- They also have a handy easy-action start button to reduce strain on the operator's finger
- Weight is surprisingly light compared to the power delivered
- The special rubber-covered grip isolates the tool from the cold and vibrations, giving the operator a firmer hold
- The output shaft can accommodate anti-vibration guided extensions and sockets for improved comfort

Ecology
- The air motor's advanced engineering technology means compressed air consumption is reduced without detriment to the tool's performance
